Psychiatric support therapy, medication management.
Some psychiatrist might do integrative psychiatry-therapy follow-up, psychotherapy, lifestyle coaching, functional nutrition, sleep hygiene, physical activity, self-discipline & habits training, psychotherapy, couple therapy, couple-in crisis-therapy, collaborative support for clinicians.
We consider medication as one of the options but not the only option; we might or might not prescribe you the medication after a thorough evaluation that may conclude that you need or don't need medication.
We provide expert guidance on psychiatric medications, ensuring they are effectively tailored to your needs.
We follow the standard of care and prescribe evidence-based treatments.

We provide direct virtual consultations or clinical discussions to family doctors and other healthcare professionals who wish to discuss the cases of their patients.
We can provide *One-time psychiatric evaluation, with no follow up, for clinicians who ask us to clarify the diagnosis of their patients or want treatment recommendations to continue to follow their patients.
We complete the evaluation and send our report and recommendations to the referring clinician who will continue the follow up of their patients
*The referring clinician must specify that they only want a *One-Off psychiatric evaluation to clarify the diagnosis or to have treatment recommendations. The patient will be evaluated and returned to the referring clinician.
While we can provide initial evaluation for almost all mental health conditions, we might not be able to provide the follow up for schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorders, pica, severe personality disorders and other mental health conditions that necessitate treatment in a hospital setting or those that require in-person group therapies.
