  • We provide In person services in Toronto north (Vaughan area)

    We provide online/virtual psychiatric and therapy services in Ontario and Quebec, and we hope to extend our virtual services nationwide in the near future.

  • We do both, medication management and psychotherapy, depending on your needs.

    Medication is one of the options; medication might be prescribed only if it's needed, but we can follow patients who do not take medications and who simply require psychotherapy, psychoeducation, lifestyle changes, personal development and couple therapy.

  • Yes,   we can follow patients who do not take medications and who simply require psychotherapy, psychoeducation, lifestyle changes, personal development or couple therapy. Medication might be prescribed only if it's needed.

  • While we can provide psychiatric treatment and therapy for a wide range of conditions, our niche or conditions we focus on include: 

    Depression & Anxiety, Burnout & Stress, Trauma & PTSD, ADD/ADHD, Substance Use Disorders and other addictions (alcohol, drugs, technology, video games, internet), Panic attacks, phobias, agoraphobia, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and couples in crisis.

  • The number of sessions depend on the nature and severity of the condition. 

    The sessions' duration vary depending on what the focus of the session is, for example a medication management session might last 20 to 30 minutes, a combined medication management and therapy might last 30 to 50 minutes, a psychotherapy only session might last about 50 minutes, a couple in crisis might last 50 to 90 minutes.

  • Yes. We accept your province health card to see psychiatrist in your province.

    To see any other therapist, who is not a psychiatrist, you pay and we give you receipt for insurance and tax purposes 

  • You pay for services with all other therapists, except the psychiatrist. We give you receipts for insurance and tax purposes

     

    Your province health card covers only the appointments with psychiatrists in your province.

     

    You pay to see the psychiatrist only if you do not have an active provincial health card, or if you want to see a specific psychiatrist in another province.

  • As healthcare providers, we adhere to strict confidentiality standards as required by rules and regulations of our profession. your file is kept in a certified Electronic health record and cannot be accessed by anyone but your clinician.
